Our service center provides automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services for various makes and models of vehicles. All services are subject to the following terms:

Service Authorization

Before we begin work on your vehicle, we require your authorization. This may be provided in person, through our website, or via phone. For any additional repairs discovered during service that exceed $100 beyond the initial estimate, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

Estimates

We provide estimates for all services. However, please understand that estimates are based on visible issues and standard labor times. Additional problems discovered during service may affect the final cost. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes to the estimated cost.

Diagnostic Services

Diagnostic fees apply even if you decline the recommended repairs. These fees cover the time, expertise, and equipment used to identify issues with your vehicle. Diagnostic results are valid for 30 days.

Service Completion

We will make every effort to complete services in a timely manner. However, completion times may vary based on parts availability, workload, and the complexity of repairs. We will provide an estimated completion time when you drop off your vehicle.

We recommend scheduling appointments for all services to ensure prompt attention to your vehicle. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. Please provide accurate information about your vehicle and the services needed when scheduling.

Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may result in a $50 cancellation fee for standard services and a $100 fee for major repairs or services requiring special parts ordering.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust the services we can provide that day. Please call if you are running late so we can advise you accordingly.

Vehicle Drop-Off

When dropping off your vehicle, please remove all valuable personal items. We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. Please ensure your vehicle has at least 1/4 tank of fuel for test driving purposes.

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on parts and labor for services performed at our facility.

Labor Warranty

Our labor is warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.

Parts Warranty

Parts installed by our service center carry the manufacturer's warranty. Most parts are warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Some specialty parts may have different warranty terms, which will be disclosed at the time of service.

Warranty Exclusions

The following conditions void our warranty:

• Repairs or modifications made by another repair facility after our service
• Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or neglect
• Failure to maintain the vehicle according to manufacturer recommendations
• Racing or off-road use
• Environmental damage (floods, fire, etc.)
• Normal wear and tear

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please bring your vehicle to our facility along with your original invoice. We will inspect the vehicle and determine if the issue is covered under warranty. Warranty work must be performed at our facility to maintain coverage.

We use quality parts that meet or exceed manufacturer specifications for all repairs and services.

Parts Options

We offer three types of parts for most repairs:

• OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): Parts made by your vehicle's manufacturer
• Aftermarket: Quality parts made by third-party manufacturers
• Remanufactured/Rebuilt: Previously used parts that have been restored to like-new condition

We will discuss parts options with you before beginning repairs. If you have a preference, please let us know when authorizing work.

Customer-Supplied Parts

We generally do not install customer-supplied parts. If we make an exception, please note that:

• We cannot warranty customer-supplied parts
• Labor charges still apply for installation
• If a customer-supplied part fails or is incorrect, additional labor charges will apply for removal and reinstallation

Old Parts

We will return your old parts upon request, except for parts that must be returned to the manufacturer under warranty or core exchange programs. Please request old parts at the time of service.

Payment is due in full upon completion of services and before the release of your vehicle.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
• Approved Checks (with valid ID)
• Approved Financing (subject to credit approval)

Deposits

For major repairs exceeding $1,000 or services requiring special-order parts, we may require a deposit of 50% of the estimated cost before ordering parts or beginning work.

Financing Options

We offer financing options through our partner financial institutions for qualified customers. Please inquire about current financing options and terms.

Unpaid Balances

Vehicles with unpaid balances will not be released. Vehicles left at our facility for more than 30 days with unpaid balances may be subject to storage fees of $25 per day and possible mechanic's lien proceedings in accordance with state law.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

We collect the following information:

• Contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
• Vehicle information (make, model, year, VIN, mileage)
• Service history and preferences
• Payment information

• Send service reminders and promotional offers (you may opt out)
• Maintain service records for warranty purposes

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Parts suppliers and manufacturers (for warranty purposes)
• Payment processors
• Service providers who assist in our operations
• Legal authorities when required by law

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle while it's in our care, please understand our liability limitations.

Vehicle Condition

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions of your vehicle that are unrelated to the services we perform. This includes mechanical failures, electrical issues, or cosmetic damage that existed prior to service.

Personal Property

We are not responsible for personal items left in your vehicle. Please remove all valuables before service.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific repairs or services we perform. We are not liable for:

• Incidental or consequential damages
• Loss of use or rental car costs
• Lost wages or business opportunities
• Damage caused by acts of nature, accidents, or theft while your vehicle is on our premises

Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left at our facility for more than 3 business days after service completion will incur storage fees of $25 per day. We are not responsible for vehicles left on our property for extended periods.
